12GA CAPPED FIBRE WADS

12ga Capped Fibre Wads. Available as 13mm, 16mm,18mm and 21mm.These wads require a nitro card underneath them to act as a gas sealer.

Fibre wads are made from a man-made fibrous material impregnated with a mix of bitumen and paraffin wax. Most are capped top and bottom with a thin paper cover. This helps prevent shot from becoming embedded in the fibre whilst under acceleration forces. These wads require a nitro card underneath them to act as a gas seal.

Different wad lengths are used for different length cases as well as shot weights.
