CGR De/Re Cappers are designed to safely de-prime and re-prime cases. They make this process safer than other techniques and are a much needed tool when hand loading 8 bore cartridges.
The De/Re Cappers are hand made by a local crafstman with a cedar wood handle, stainless steel lever and brass dies.
